1. Apply 1-oz. or more of Pre-Neutralizing Treatment {depending upon length of hair}. 2. Distribute evenly throughout hair.3. Keep hair straight and smooth. 4. Let sit for 5 minutes. 5. Rinse thoroughly. 6 Towel blot. 7. Follow by shampooing the hair two times with neutralizing shampoo
